The hotel is located in the best place - next to Recoleta and Florida (walking distances).

The staff was very helpful and polite, the hotel was very charming and the location was excellent.
The breakfast staff wasn't prepared to receive so many visitors (although the quality of the food was very very good) and the hotel reception doesn't reply to emails

Location, it has access to many of the areas that make Buenos Aires special..shopping, restuarants, public transportation (the #152 to La Boca stops next to the hotel), easy access to Puerto Madero, San Telmo, etc...excellent location

More facilities in toileteries, such as bath gel. They should provide 3 small bottles of aqua as complementary in the triple room.

very nice hotel in the center, walking distance to almost everything, spacious room with a kitchenette, very quiet, supermarket right across the street if you want to buy some food
staff at the reception was a little slow and too busy with themselves - 3 guys were mostly talking to each other and not easily distracted by customers

The location is excellent, and the girls at the breakfast saloon are nice.
I was surprised they did not have room service, but they are located in an area with different restaurants and markets. However, after a very exhausting day, a room service would be quite nice.

A nicely located, very comfortable, modern hotel with good helpful staff. I particularly liked the simple decoration and appreciated the quality staff.

A veritable 4-star gem: impeccably clean, well-furnished and located.
Breakfast generous but of mediocre quality.

Good atmosphere located near beautiful Plaza San Martin, not far from shopping areas and most of where tourists go to in Buenos Aires.
The only hotel of the many I stayeat on this trip which charges for the wi fi internet connection in the room.

My room was very nice and I liked the location a great deal. I thought the kitchenette in the room was super as well, because you could actually store things like snacks and soda.
I sensed a bit of attitude and snobbery from about half the staff, like they were doing me this big favor (eye roll) by answering questions, interacting with me, etc. When I asked for help on how to get to Tierra Santa by bus, when I asked them to help me to make my remis reservation because when I tried from the room (4 times, all of which I was charged for) it didn't work - it was like each time they were so put out by my request. And I did try to use Spanish, but I'm not a native speaker. My colleague, who is male and a native speaker, didn't get this attitude. The other thing was that I put the DO Not Disturb tag on the door and housekeeping came in anyhow. I said something at the front desk about it and they said they'd speak to them. The next day I did it again (after all, they had just cleaned the room, they didn't need to come in and do it again), and they again came in. Again I said something. The following day I had some trash I wanted emptied so I left the tag off the door and - no one came in and did up the room. But housekeeping should always respect the DND sign.
